Immunization Policy
We recognize the importance of the decisions that parents make regarding their child's medical care. We want to do everything we can to ensure your child's health while they grow and develop. One aspect of your child's health relies on vaccines.

Vaccines have been proven to be an effective tool in the prevention of serious illness and death related to certain disease.

All children and young adults should be given the recommended vaccines according to the schedule published by the Centers for Disease Control and American Academy of Pediatrics.

We will not accept the risk that unimmunized and under-immunized children or teens pose to other patients in our practice. If a child or teen remains unimmunized or under-immunized, we will ask you to find another provider who shares your views on immunizations.
